Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-volume weeks, processing times may be extended by an additional 2–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses. Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier workload, and local customs procedures.

Estimated delivery times (EU countries):

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days

Total estimated time: 6–10 business days


Possible Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur for reasons outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Import/customs checks

  • Seasonal peaks

  • Weather conditions

  • Local postal disruptions

Veluma Lighting cannot guarantee or influence delivery times once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
We do not offer refunds for delays that remain within a reasonable timeframe.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • All EU countries

If your country does not appear at checkout, shipping is not yet available.


Import Duties, VAT & Customs

For EU deliveries where the order total exceeds €500, the shipment may be handled as an import shipment.

In these cases:

  • Import VAT and any applicable customs charges are not included in the product price

  • These charges may be requested by the courier or local customs authority upon delivery

  • Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer

We do not control or collect import taxes or customs fees and cannot predict the exact amount, as these are determined by local authorities.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Tracking updates may be limited during transit or customs clearance — this is normal.


 Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

We will assist you, but Veluma Lighting is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
