Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, unless the product qualifies as a custom-made or made-to-order item.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted when all of the following conditions are met:

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

The product is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging

All accessories, manuals, and mounting components are included

The return has been authorized by our support team
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Installed or used products

Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

Custom-made or made-to-order items (produced specifically for the customer)

Clearance items clearly marked as final sale
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If a returned item is damaged during transit due to insufficient packaging, we may be unable to issue a full refund.
Inspection & Refunds
Once a return is received, it will be inspected within 5–10 business days.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to the original payment method

You will receive a confirmation email once processed
If the return does not meet eligibility requirements, we will notify you with further details.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase.

If an order has already entered production or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible
