Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, unless the product qualifies as a custom-made or made-to-order item.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and mounting components are included

  • The return has been authorized by our support team

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used products

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items (produced specifically for the customer)

  • Clearance items clearly marked as final sale


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If a returned item is damaged during transit due to insufficient packaging, we may be unable to issue a full refund.


Inspection & Refunds

Once a return is received, it will be inspected within 5–10 business days.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed

If the return does not meet eligibility requirements, we will notify you with further details.


Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase.

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order

  • If an order has already entered production or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
