All Veluma fixtures are double-boxed, foam-protected, and sealed for safety. Fragile components like glass or crystal are individually wrapped to prevent damage in transit.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are 100% encrypted for your security.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@veluma-lighting.com. Once an order is processed and dispatched, modifications or cancellations can no longer be made.

For most EU orders, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. However, for orders over €500, your local customs office or courier may charge import VAT and/or customs duties when the parcel enters your country. These charges are set and collected by your local authorities, not by Veluma, and are the buyer’s responsibility where applicable.

Yes. Every Veluma Lighting product includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or natural wear and tear is not covered.

If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours… We will assess and offer a replacement if applicable.

Are your lights easy to install?
Most of our fixtures are designed for simple installation. However, for hardwired or ceiling-mounted lights, we strongly recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician.

Yes, but only lights specifically marked as Outdoor or Weatherproof. Check for IP ratings like IP65 or IP68 before outdoor use.

Use a soft microfiber cloth to gently wipe dust and fingerprints. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals. For glass and metal parts, use mild soap and warm water if needed.
